Dialed Cycling Lab Reviews
Dialed Cycling Lab is AMAZING. TLDR version:- Super knowledgable, passionate, and extremely helpful crew.- Great product selection in the shop, and fast/reliable delivery through their website (I prefer to support small businesses vs. Amazon)- Highly entertaining and educational Podcast. If you haven't listened yet, you should give it a try. I'm hooked.I was in Vancouver a few months ago visiting family and getting some riding in, and randomly stumbled into Dialed while on a ride because of a mechanical issue. Their location was very convienient for me to pop into, and I was greeted by their friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They were able to quickly assess and fix my mech (derailleur) issue, and shared some pointers with me on how to avoid it happening in the future. I'd consider myself an intermediate rider, but a beginner mechanic, so it was awesome that they went in-depth with me on how to fix the issue myself if it comes up again. As far as the shop itself, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the high-end gear and accessory selections that I could normally only find online from specialty sites or Amazon. Many of the items were already on my holiday shopping list, so it was great to feel/inspect some of the items in-person before actually buying. I prefer to shop local/small business anyway, so this was an added bonus, and I ended up buying some gear on the spot. (Love the Dialed jersey!)One of the folks there also suggested that I listen to the Dialed Podcast that is hosted by the owner and a couple of other Dialed athletes, so I gave it a listen. I'm now hooked. It's the perfect mix of entertainment and education for enthusiasts (like me) or for serious athletes. It's now my go-to Podcast for cycling. As mentioned above, I don't live in the Couv - I'm in NC, but I 100% prefer supporting local I was so impressed with the people, service, selection AND commitment to education/community involvement at the Dialed shop, that I started almost exclusively shopping their online store. I just received my new Fenix 8 from them yesterday, and I love it! All my deliveries have been super fast and I have even found some of the best sale deals I could find from them, plus I don't have to worry about receiving knock-off's or cheap alternatives when I buy from Dialed.I've been to a ton of local bikeshops, and most are pretty dang good, but Dialed Cycling Lab raises the bar. I'm obviously a big fan, and hope they continue doing what they do - being aswesome.Overall A+++++++.
Mar 27, 2025 · M FDialed helped me out in a pinch when I needed a spoke repaired on short notice before a race. In addition, I needed some assistance remounting the tubeless tires (not my proudest moment) and they were extremely helpful. Dialed is an amazing shop and without them, I wouldn’t have been able to make a fool of myself in my race today. Thanks again!

Jun 17, 2025 · Caleb CreasonLooking for a great local shop in the Vancouver/Camas area? This is the one. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, experienced & detail-oriented mechanics, and a great selection of performance Mountain, Road, and Gravel bikes. Stop in and get some nutrition & fuel for indoor or outdoor training, weekly group rides, or even your next adventure; you'll be happy you did!
May 06, 2025 · Phillip TrostDialed Cycling was super helpful in handling a warranty claim for me, even though I didn't buy the bike through them, didn't spend a dime at their shop, or unfortunately won't be using them for the rebuild. They were just the closest shop (3 hours away) for the vendor. Definitely will need to stop in town next time on my way through, just absolutely in awe of their customer service and willingness to help.
