4.0
Dialed Cycling Lab is AMAZING. TLDR version:- Super knowledgable, passionate, and extremely helpful crew.- Great product selection in the shop, and fast/reliable delivery through their website (I prefer to support small businesses vs. Amazon)- Highly entertaining and educational Podcast. If you haven't listened yet, you should give it a try. I'm hooked.I was in Vancouver a few months ago visiting family and getting some riding in, and randomly stumbled into Dialed while on a ride because of a mechanical issue. Their location was very convienient for me to pop into, and I was greeted by their friendly staff as soon as I walked in. They were able to quickly assess and fix my mech (derailleur) issue, and shared some pointers with me on how to avoid it happening in the future. I'd consider myself an intermediate rider, but a beginner mechanic, so it was awesome that they went in-depth with me on how to fix the issue myself if it comes up again. As far as the shop itself, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the high-end gear and accessory selections that I could normally only find online from specialty sites or Amazon. Many of the items were already on my holiday shopping list, so it was great to feel/inspect some of the items in-person before actually buying. I prefer to shop local/small business anyway, so this was an added bonus, and I ended up buying some gear on the spot. (Love the Dialed jersey!)One of the folks there also suggested that I listen to the Dialed Podcast that is hosted by the owner and a couple of other Dialed athletes, so I gave it a listen. I'm now hooked. It's the perfect mix of entertainment and education for enthusiasts (like me) or for serious athletes. It's now my go-to Podcast for cycling. As mentioned above, I don't live in the Couv - I'm in NC, but I 100% prefer supporting local I was so impressed with the people, service, selection AND commitment to education/community involvement at the Dialed shop, that I started almost exclusively shopping their online store. I just received my new Fenix 8 from them yesterday, and I love it! All my deliveries have been super fast and I have even found some of the best sale deals I could find from them, plus I don't have to worry about receiving knock-off's or cheap alternatives when I buy from Dialed.I've been to a ton of local bikeshops, and most are pretty dang good, but Dialed Cycling Lab raises the bar. I'm obviously a big fan, and hope they continue doing what they do - being aswesome.Overall A+++++++. - M F
