4.0
Not reputable. Charged 10% more than the estimate of $270. Claimed that there was no seat bag when I knew there was one. Did not have a picture to prove it. Did not replace worn handle bar grips which was requested initially, however the owner installed new grips at no additional charge. When I first brought the bike in I was disciplined for leaning the bike against one of theirs. Not customer friendly. Go somewhere else. - Albert Gabbay
