I ordered two bikes and was looking for someone local who could assemble them for me. I had a bad experience with a well-known bike store recently-- and wanted to go in a different direction. Enter Eric. Communication was on point from the start. Once he arrived, Eric got right to work and worked quickly! He completed my 2 bikes in less than 2 hours. Once complete, he walked me through all of the things he did, the parts that the company failed to include, and ways that he could help to make it right. All told, I'm really happy that I went with Eric. He's down to earth, serious and knowledgable about bikes, and looks out for his clients. Highly recommend him and his services! Happy customer. - JuDonn DeShields
