The Daily Rider Reviews
Could not be more helpful. They are knowledgeable and quick. They are more interested in helping the customer than trying to sell you something you don't need. If i move across the city I'm still coming here for bike repair.
Nov 29, 2024 · Mac MayGood group of guys over there they sold me a new specialized gravel bike. I went to some other shops in DC the same bike was $300 more really good deal. They took the time to make sure that I got the proper size bike switched everything over from my old beast. I was about to get a bike that was much too small for me and at risk of not closing the sale they told me hey don’t get this bike. Get the larger frame Bike we can order it come to find out they had the bike in the back. They let me try it out. My point it wasn’t about selling me something but making sure I was taken care of. You can’t ask for anything more. They let me ride it best bike I’ve ever had awesome shop. This is a business the community needs to support. Give Ahmed and Will a raise.
Apr 12, 2025 · Clifford HubbardVery happy with the annual service I received here. This is the first time I've rode away from a bike shop not wondering if I had been scammed. My bike is in tip top shape now and riding very smooth. That has not been my experience in other places in DC so I was very skeptical this go around.I do wish Daily Rider had better hours (they open too late to drop off in morning, which is inconvenient) and I wish they had pumped my tires up so that I didn't ride home on low tires but do recommend them.
Apr 27, 2025 · Courtney SimsAmazing service, quick turnaround, quality repairs and replacements. Will and the gang treated my 10yo Jamis as if it were the finest bike on the road, and they talked to me (a commuter, not a pro) without condescension. I’ve used a mobile service in the past year, but decided for community-support reasons that I need to patronize my neighborhood shops. I am SOOOO GLAD I did. The Daily Rider will be my only bike shop from now on.
