I have been a long time customer of this bike shop.I should start by saying that I loved bikes. I love bike shops. And I love people who work there. :-)I’ve had a good experience over more than a decade. However, recently the bike shop has gone *really* downhill.I brought my item in. For more than a month, they did not communicate with me. I had to come to the shop, literally four times. They said they were going to call me. And email me. They never did. They did not fix my issue. They did not apologize. They stood me up on an appointment I had made to go over the repair. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. The lack of an apology is very frustrating.I am bummed. I think this place used to do really good work, but, maybe there’s new management or something?I would consider going elsewhere. I am giving two stars rather than one because of the reputation of the place from five years ago. - William Gui Woolston
