Oregon Bike Shop Reviews
Great folks running a great quality, super fairly priced, inclusive and kind bike shop. It doesn't get better than this spot- this is a bike shop for the people. Nothing super fancy or fussy- just quality mechanics, great service and a mission to get everyone out on a bike! This will be my shop going forward. Highly recommend.
Jun 23, 2025 · Sean SmithJim and Sue are attentive, responsive, accommodating and acted more so as consultants rather than sales people. I paid 135$ for labor and several used parts - what a fair deal!I brought my bike in on a Friday, and Jim was able to get it done by Saturday. I paid $100 for parts, and despite the labor rate being $100 per hour, I was pleasantly surprised to find they did not take any liberties with the time it took to get my bike up and running. Honest bike shop with great people - YOU SHOULD COME HERE!
May 18, 2023 · Cristian RojasAlways friendly, reliable, reasonably priced. I’ve been able to count on this shop for help a few times now and am feeling blessed this my local spot.
Jun 06, 2025 · Bogdan VitiukJimmy’s a craftsman with these bikes, blending solid used frames with original and new components. Repair and service, I trust this place.
Nov 02, 2024 · Ben WagerMy chain randomly misaligned on a ride by Montavilla. I popped my head in the shop to help me get the chain back on as a courtesy and they charged me $20. I appreciate the willingness to help and I know it’s hard being a small business but wow, $20 for a minor chain adjustment. I came here pretty regularly for tires/set ups etc. I’m a small business owner as well and I think there’s a line to be drawn between non-service neighborly courtesies and out-and-out services.
