Do not shop here unless you are super duper educated about the bikes they have on display. I only had a vague idea by manufacturer and family (and assumed the bikes were new). It's a small community so I am going to be vague and also use a pseudonym because goodness knows what kind of hell will be unleashed on me otherwise. I got majorly ripped off here and they could smell a sucker. Do not trust their sales. The MSRP they cited on the bike was several thousand dollars higher than the bike was ever priced for by the manufacturer. They gave me a 50% discount only for me to learn later that the bike had been sitting there for two years. This is a popular model. Why did it sit for 2 years? Something stinks here, and I suspect they always knew the bike was overpriced and customers smarter than me knew that the bike was an older model and passed on it. The bike was only worth half of what I paid for it. Then, I took the bike to be repaired and upon riding it for the first time, I could tell they did not fix the problem. Did they even try? The next time I went in to buy an accessory, the guy at the counter was so rude to me, wouldn't make eye contact and had the filthiest look on his face. I've put the bike up for sale because it's not the bike I wanted. I lost a lot of money due to these con artists, but to make it right, I will buy another newer bike from a more reputable seller. So I am out several thousand dollars for an old bike, got completely ripped off, couldn't even get a small matter fixed under their "one year free" maintenance program all to get treated badly.I will never step foot in this place again. Buyer beware. - Damien Schott
