High Trails Cyclery Bike Shop

1825 Polk St, San Francisco, CA 94109, USA

4.0
I can’t say enough good things about High Trails Cyclery. I had just arrived in the Bay Area when my rental car was broken into and nearly all of my biking gear was stolen. Total nightmare—until I walked into this shop.Luis went above and beyond to help me get back on the trail. He helped me piece together a full set of gear—pants, socks, chamois, shoes, gloves—everything I needed from what they had in-store. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely sympathetic about what happened and even offered me a discount to help ease the blow. Thanks to Luis and the team, I was able to salvage my trip and still get in some amazing riding. I’d recommend High Trails Cyclery to anyone visiting the area—especially mountain bikers. Great people, great shop. 10/10. - Reilly Aguiar
