Huckleberry Bicycles Reviews
back in January, they charged me $100 to assemble my GT la bomba dirt jumper, but didn't even put the pedals on correctly. After 4 months of an easy commute (3 times a week about 20 minute round trip on flat ground) & 1 pump track day, I Had to bring it into another shop after the crank started sliding back n forth and the chain was smacking the frame. The entire 4 months of riding my bike after their service, there was annoying squeaking on every crank of the pedals. Now I understand why.The other shop in BelMont (on campus dr) charged me $5. To fix the issue & informed It's a 3 piece crank & the sprocket was misaligned. When i bought my bike new All it needed was the pedals installed and the brakes lined up. Bc it was shipped like 95% ready.

Apr 17, 2025 · D HI’m so glad I ordered my new Kona Libre EL from huckleberry’s web site. Jonas the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions via email. The bike was packed very well in the box and was relatively easy to assemble except the dropper post that Jeff did a great job explaining me what to do over the phone. The next day after assembling the bike rode it for 35 miles at our annual local bike ride event. It was so much fun and the bike performed very well. I love my new bike and wanted to thank you again guys for all your help.
Oct 27, 2024 · Eran ShmilovitzPurchased a Brompton T Line through them as their website had listed it in stock and they would match Brompton's inside edit price. A few other retailers did PM as well but was OOS. Turns out they actually didn't have it in stock and had to order it through Brompton... Not a problem as no one else that I reached out to had it in stock either. From order to actually receiving the bike was ~ 3 weeks, 1 week over their estimate. What was frustrating was the lack of communication surrounding the delays especially since they had the bike sitting at their store for close to 5 days. For such an expensive bike, it would've been great if a bit more attentiveness was shown...Not a great experience overall as I had to reach out multiple times.
Apr 24, 2025 · Terrance ZhengVery practical place to purchase bicycles, bicycle parts, and accessories. The staff work tirelessly to meet the needs of their community. My way of finding them was on accident. I popped a tube a block away and walked in for a replacement. They offered more help, but it’s cool to have a place to get parts without having to place a next day delivery order or wait on Amazon. Also I found the parts to be of high quality. I’m really impressed by even the simple difference the experience makes when riding with their products.
