Evan was extremely helpful! He assisted us is choosing the correct sized bike for my daughter, allowed her to ride several bikes, and offered tips to help her along the way. Evan supported my child in developing confidence and gave her the time and patience that she needed to make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable about the options and never pressured us to make a purchase. The customer service at Earl's is unmatched and their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely superb! The staff worked with us to try different bikes and find a seat that worked well.The day I bought the bike I forgot a helmet and they let me borrow one too! We had ordered a seat online that looked like it may work on our seat but it didn't. So Joe suggested we put a rack on it and try the company's other seat option they had in stock. Works great and Joe was honestly the star of the experience.

I gave Joe my info and he went to check, he came back with the news that my bike was there and ready but had someone else’s name on it. He informed me he would call trek and get it figured out. 30 minutes later - he called me back and said it was all resolved and that I’m all set to get the bike. (The 30 minutes it took was the time he was on hold with the trek) I got to the store and needed some bike shorts for my wife, he helped me get a pair that should work well and suggested a seat that eliminates pressure from the tailbone. The shorts work great and the seat even better! The bike is assembled very well and it’s been a blast. I have been shopping at earls for my entire life and this experience reminded every reason why. Thank you Joe and the entire team at earls!

Highly recommend!!
Jun 26, 2025 · SB WalkerCalled ahead to inquire about purchasing and installing some training wheels. I was told 'sure bring it in we have it in stock'. When I arrived a couple days later the service guy was taking my information to call me when it was ready. I asked him how long is the estimated turn around. He told me 'I don't know'. A bit stunned I I replied 'well not today I guess, a day, 3 days, a week?' 'Not today, but can't tell you when we're just two guys'. How is this an acceptable answer to this question? Am I supposed to walk out without any clue how long I should expect to have the bike back? No average turn around time for service? No respect for the customers time. Left with such a bad taste and poor impression, I didn't even purchase the wheels to install it myself, I'll take my business elsewhere.
