Today, led by three of the Farina children, the shop continues to embody its founding values: honesty, responsibility, and a passion for excellence. For Massachusetts locals, this means having access to a knowledgeable, non-judgmental staff who are genuinely invested in making sure you find the right bike, get the right fit, and receive consistent, thorough service that keeps you riding with confidence.

Farina's Reviews
Even before coming into Farina's for the first time, I knew I was going to a good place with a good history. I was met with joy and kindness in each of the members of staff, and spent a good time upstairs going over my soon-to-be e-bike.Everything about my experience was positive, and though I have not rode since 2012, I felt confident and prepared walking out their door with my new helmet and folding e-bike (a Velotric Fold 1, hawt hawt!) and riding again has changed SO much of my life already!I will continue to support my local, and Farina's is a gem of a shop I highly recommend. Bless y'all :]
Mar 24, 2025 · Michael Fedo (inexorable)Farina's is the place to go for quality, no frills, bike services. The staff is down-to-earth and non-judgmental, the work they do is consistent and thorough, and they communicate very well. I recently bought a second-hand road bike and Mike gave me a call to update me on the tune-up and parts replacement process, which was super nice. Anthony did an awesome job with my fitting (which was significantly cheaper than other shops around town) and gave me lots of tips and tricks to keep in mind. Paula is always smiling and willing to help with anything on the retail side. I love supporting small, family-owned LBSs, and Farina's is the best around.
May 13, 2025 · Ben ChamisOutstanding customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient. We'd had lots of recommendations to go to Farina's for our bike needs. Immediately they were available to help us, answer our multitude of questions, talk us through the pros/cons of what we needed for our family. Highly recommend. They were wonderful!
Apr 05, 2025 · Jill AtkinsonI have been a long time customer of Farina's.The overall service is great. they spend a lot of time explaining things when you come in to buy something or have a repair done. They know their long time customers very well. Example, they've done Spring bike tune up for me on a regular basis, and they recognize my bike!Highly recommend.
Apr 08, 2025 · Robert PeterfreundA wonderful family runs this store. They're very friendly and pretty busy. Everything runs very efficiently and they have a good selection. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They allow test rides for $35 and you get that back if you buy the bike. They carry a good selection of Aventon bikes and a few others. It looks like there's bike repair there too. If you get lost, head upstairs. There's a lawnmower shop on the first floor. Don't worry. You're in the right place!
