Recovery Bike Shop Reviews
Recovery bike shop is a very special mix of local bike shop, community, thrift, and education. As such, it should be protected at all costs. They have the knowledge, parts, and patience to get you confidently on the road. Coming in and having free access to a professional bike stand and quality tools (and some guidance) feels exactly like what community should be.Over the last month, the incredibly helpful staff have empowered me to tune my gravel bike, paint and rebuild a project bike, and begin a new mountain bike build.
Apr 17, 2025 · Ross RosenbaumSo helpful and knowledgeable! We came in with pretty much no bike knowledge and Eliot really got us oriented - so patient answering all our questions, and willing to give more detail as needed. We were able to test ride the bikes and adjust a few things in shop before buying. We left so confident in the purchase and our ability to maintain the bike. The store had a wide variety of bikes for adults and children, and everything was well laid out and clearly labeled. During transition as Eliot was elsewhere getting something, other staff checked in briefly to ensure we were being helped.Right from walk in until we left the experience was excellent. Cannot recommend this shop enough.
May 31, 2025 · Sam MillerGot bikes for my kiddo and myself here and everyone we interacted with was so dang nice! The prices are in line with others in the area, which feel a little steep, but so does everything right now. Both bikes are working beautifully! The shop seems committed to helping the community, and I absolutely love that.
May 05, 2025 · jayden everettBeen to the shop a few times for tires ect and this last time after taking a quick look at my bike I was invited to a workshop on working on bikes so I could take care of smaller things myself. Love the community work space, the friendly staff and of course all the bikes and quality work done. 10/10 love that they care about the community. Thanks for being my local! Can't wait to take my first big ride on my new bike with certainty it's good to ride.
Aug 24, 2024 · Karl AldenI always have a positive experience going to Recovery Bike shop, the employees are passionate about bikes and don't carry the stereotypical pretentious ego some bike shops have. They have a large selection of used parts that you can get for good deals, and I community workbench that is free to use. Nothing but positive experiences here.
