Nov 18, 2024 · Matthew TankinkBay Area Cycling hit it out of the park again! Jeff and his Team answered my questions, then left me alone (they are always close by to assist) to ponder my decision on the addition of Pivot Vault gravel grinder to my quiver. The test ride was phenomenal, no issues. Even more so it put a smile on my face and a new to me, used bicycle in my vehicle. I will enjoy the Teams continued support and this bike for many years to come.Previously…on same bat channel.Excellent and vast knowledge at Bay Area Cycling. Their Service is top notch!
