★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I purchased a used bike at the tent sale and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The bike is in great condition and was priced very reasonably. They even had their service department look it over once more before I took it home. Also, the staff at Wheel and Sprocket are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’re always checking to make sure everyone is being helped and not waiting too long before getting what they need. They were super helpful in making sure the bike I bought was sized correctly for me and that it fit what I was looking for. I am doing my first triathlon and don’t know much about bikes and several staff members helped answer my many, many questions. They gave me great insight and never made me feel stupid for not knowing these things. I got a lot of great advice and I now feel more comfortable about what I need and what I’ll be doing in this race. They were also super encouraging about me doing my first triathlon. Talking to the staff made me feel like I was talking to my friends who just happened to know anything and everything about cycling. It was a great experience and I will never go anywhere else for any cycling needs.
May 27, 2025 · Amy NetzelTook our son’s bike here tonight to get the front wheel put back on and brakes hooked back up. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped us but he was BEYOND friendly. Everyone who greeted us and asked if we had been helped were so kind. We will definitely be back for any bike needs. Thanks a million!!
Jun 30, 2025 · Jill BartoJT did an amazing job really explaining to me the details about my e-bike. He asked me really good questions to find out what I needed and what I didn't, and found me the perfect bike! He was juggling a few different customers in the store but still made me feel well taken care of. I would highly recommend this store, and ask for JT.
Mar 28, 2025 · Laura MetzgerSpent good money on 2 ebikes, never received call that first one was ready called them and picked it up. Got it home headlight did not turn on. Put it back in truck and drive back to get fixed. Second bike was overseas, when it finally arrived I picked it up and hubby noticed handlebars were not straight, thankfully we were still in store, but it was a 20 minute fix. The 3 stars would have been 2 if he didn't notice until I got it home. Going there for the fifth time would have upset me.All employees were nice and helpful but need to pay attention when they build bikes!!!
May 29, 2025 · Becky ReynoldsCame in for some small service, fill tires, adjust spring on brakes, minuscule stuff. The service guy (Jake I think?) took me to go t away, gave great education on which new valve to get, and sent me on my way in maybe 3 minutes with no charge. Outstanding service, they just gained a customer for life.
