The Zoo Cycles Reviews
I've been to this place a few times. I've had some good experiences, and then one not so great. The good ones were when the owner / manager was there. But the one time when he wasn't around I had a subpar experience. The amount I paid didn't seem to match what I was quoted. Also they didn't let me know when the bike was ready. Eventually I called them up and they told me: "Oh yeah, your bike has been ready for days". This unprofessional behavior left a bad taste in my mouth, so next time I'm going to try a different bike shop.

Jun 27, 2025 · Jessica HarperThese guys are awesome! They do great work, have good prices, and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need.I come here all the time. I even stopped going to the shop right next to my place in favor of these guys.
Jun 10, 2025 · Sarah “Sam” MowerI just went there today and for $18 they topped off my bike and carriage tires and even advised me what part I was missing to attach the two together.Even offered to help with that if I run into a snag. They were also super friendly and personable too. I feel like they'll be my pit crew anytime I need something fixed.Thank you so much! I look forward to joining others on the bike lanes with goods in tow.
