The Zoo Cycles

1880 Redondo Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019, USA

4.0
I've been to this place a few times. I've had some good experiences, and then one not so great. The good ones were when the owner / manager was there. But the one time when he wasn't around I had a subpar experience. The amount I paid didn't seem to match what I was quoted. Also they didn't let me know when the bike was ready. Eventually I called them up and they told me: "Oh yeah, your bike has been ready for days". This unprofessional behavior left a bad taste in my mouth, so next time I'm going to try a different bike shop. - Frank Harper
