Phils bike shop

13118 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250, USA

3.0
Recently went to purchase an inner tube for my bike. The total was $14.31, you can get better quality and cheaper tubes elsewhere. I ended up having to get 3 tubes from this shop because the first two started leaking at the valve joint location. The employee I’m guessing also the owner got mad at me saying it’s my fault and that it’s not possible that two tubes were leaking from there. Guess what the 3rd tube also started leaking from the valve joint location. I purchased an inner tube from REI for $8 and it has been on the bike now for 24hours without a leak. That’s longer than all 3 tubes from this shop combined lasted. This store does not stand behind the product they sell as the employee told me they were loosing money due to this. It’s not my fault the item they sell are defective. Avoid it at all cost. Two other bike shops nearby who are way better. SBM and Hero Boy. - Orlando Leon
