Infinity Bike Seat Introduce
Welcome to the world of Infinity Bike Seat, a company rooted in California that is redefining comfort for cyclists across the state and beyond. While not a traditional 'bicycle store' in the sense of offering a wide range of bikes, Infinity Bike Seat specializes in a crucial component that can significantly enhance your cycling experience: the saddle. For many riders, discomfort from their bicycle seat can be a major barrier to enjoying long rides or even daily commutes. Infinity Bike Seat addresses this directly with a unique approach to saddle design, aiming to provide unparalleled comfort by redistributing pressure points. If you're a dedicated cyclist in California, from casual weekend warriors to serious long-distance riders, understanding the impact of a quality saddle is key to unlocking more enjoyable and pain-free miles on your bike. This article will delve into what makes Infinity Bike Seat distinct and why their products might be worth considering for your cycling needs.
The philosophy behind Infinity Bike Seat centers on innovative ergonomics. Their saddles are designed to relieve pressure on sensitive areas, allowing for a more natural and comfortable riding position. This focus on rider well-being is particularly appealing to those who experience numbness, soreness, or discomfort with conventional saddles. Living in California, with its diverse terrains from flat city paths to challenging mountain ascents and long scenic coastal rides, having a saddle that supports extended periods in the saddle is invaluable. Infinity Bike Seat strives to be more than just a product provider; they aim to offer a solution to common cycling discomforts, helping Californians focus on the joy of the ride rather than the pain. Their commitment is to crafting saddles that stand apart in the market, designed to support both performance and pleasure on every journey.

Infinity Bike Seat focuses on providing specialized products designed for ultimate cycling comfort. Their core offerings revolve around their innovative bicycle saddles.
Unique Saddle Design: Their primary service is offering bicycle saddles with a distinctive design that aims to eliminate sit-bone pressure and protect sensitive perineal/pubic-bone areas. This innovative approach is intended to provide a significantly more comfortable riding experience compared to traditional saddles.
Multiple Saddle Models: While the fundamental design concept remains consistent, Infinity Bike Seat offers various models of their saddles, such as the E1X, E2, E2X, E3, and A1X. These models may differ in materials, aesthetics, or specific ergonomic nuances to cater to different rider preferences and cycling disciplines.
Accessories: Beyond saddles, they may offer related accessories designed to complement their primary product, though their focus remains heavily on the saddle itself.
Online Sales & Shipping: As a specialized product company, a significant part of their service delivery is through online sales, allowing them to ship their saddles to customers worldwide. This makes their products accessible to a broad audience, including cyclists across California who might not be able to visit their physical location.
Infinity Bike Seat distinguishes itself through several unique features and highlights, primarily centered around its product design and philosophy.
Revolutionary Comfort Design: The most significant highlight is their saddle's innovative design, which completely relieves sit-bone pressure by moving anatomical contact points outwards. This aims to prevent common cycling discomforts like saddle sores, numbness, and pain.
Focus on Perineal Protection: Their saddles are specifically engineered to protect the sensitive perineum and pubic bone area, a common pain point for many cyclists on traditional saddles.
"Made in California, USA": A key feature is that all their seats are handcrafted in Southern California, emphasizing local manufacturing and quality control.
Claimed Long-Distance Comfort: Many long-distance riders and ultra-cyclists reportedly swear by the Infinity Seat, with testimonials suggesting significant improvement in comfort over extended rides.
Distinctive Aesthetic: The saddles have a very recognizable and unconventional open-frame appearance, setting them apart visually from traditional bike seats.
However, it's also important to acknowledge customer feedback regarding certain aspects:
Customer Service Concerns: Some customer reviews indicate challenges with responsiveness regarding order issues and post-purchase support, with one customer noting a "complete lack of customer service" and difficulty reaching them via phone or email for a missing order.
Repair & Support Expectations: A customer who uses the saddle extensively noted they were directed to a "shoe repair shop" for saddle repair, suggesting that direct repair support from the company might be limited for existing products, which could be an unexpected aspect for such a high-cost item.
Delivery Issues: There have been instances of partial orders being delivered and a lack of communication regarding the missing items, leading to frustration for customers.

Infinity Bike Seat Reviews
DO NOT BUY A SADDLE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are non-responsive if there is a problem with your order.Failure to deliver.I ordered two E1X saddles from Infinity on 08 April 2025. The delivered one of the saddles on 21 April 2025. I have emailed them repeatedly (daily) to ask where my other saddle is. They have not responded. I can't even call them as the only phone number (360-746-6729) appears to be a fax.I'm honestly surprised at the complete lack of customer service. They were happy to take my money, but it seems that their concern for me ended at my wallet. For the cost of their saddles, I thought they'd be able to count as high as "two", but I guess that was too much to ask.Maybe go look at Selle instead?
Apr 24, 2025 · Wayne LaceySaddle is great. I have about 5,000 miles on mine and like it. Took me several rides to get it figured out but have been great since. It’s an expensive saddle, when I contacted them about a repair, they told me to take it to a shoe repair shop. I’d have preferred more help than that
Dec 02, 2024 · John BrooksInfinity Bike seats are very comfortable. However from my experience, there is ZERO after-sale support. I broke the carbon rails on an E2X and three emaills later I dont know if/how i can buy a steel rail replacemeht. Their web site doesn't list a phone number and they don't respond to emails. I do not recommend this company.
Sep 09, 2024 · Doug PhillipsonAfter trying 2 other seats geared towards women and not finding relief from being mashed, I learned of the Infinity seat. Game changer. I no longer have pain in my lady bits nor my sit bones. The thin padded tri shirts really are the best for this seat. If I had one complaint it is that the leather does wear from the rear edge based on how I sit. This is the seat I have done century rides with, and there is no way I could have done them with my previous seats.
Jun 04, 2022 · Liz HensleyIf I could give Infinity 0 stars, I would. I am an avid cyclist and know my bikes and saddles. After needing groin area surgery from a massive ride month, I sought a different seat that would allow me to continue to ride 200+ miles a week. Infinity showed upon my search.I carefully followed their site to determine the best seat. The E2 (not custom!) was the best seat for me. Both myself, and my professional bike fitters at Landis bikes in AZ (love them!) watched all the videos and they set me up. It was awful! After many professional adjustments, it was a no go for sure. Most uncomfortable and "un-ridable" seat ever.I tried to contact Infinity - by the way, the have no phone number‐ and they were conveniently on vacation. I just wanted to return my brand me E2 seat for a refund. It is not custom. After multiple emails, I finally heard back and the woman said to send them pictures of me on the bike. It was too late. I let them know that I was diligent in my attempt to make the seat work and had to replace it, as I was completing a cancer ride for the month of September, then had foot surgery on September 21.I continued to message Infinity and requested a return phone call numerous times. Nothing. I finally heard from Infinity via one more email and they said, "contact us with video of me on the bike when I'm up and riding again." I will not be able to ride until January. A professional bike fitter is able to fit any saddle- these are not magical. We watched all the videos.I continue to try to contact them. Their "reaction" (I received no response) was to remove my ability to comment on their FB page posts. That was how I was trying to reach them, since they have no phone number.I am now stuck with a $340 seat that was not custom made for me. It is a brand new E2... the same E2 that anyone would get of purchased.Do NOT purchase a seat from this company! They are terrible and there is no customer service. I would love to speak to someone there and they will not call me - it's been months.Zero out of 5 stars for me. I am very well connected to the cycling community here in Arizona and will spread the word around like wildfire. I have never had such horrible - actually, non-existant -customer service with any company I have made a purchase from in all my life.DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITY BIKE SEATS!
