The unit has broken down multiple times, and to make matters worse, the replacement parts are constantly out of stock. It's incredibly frustrating having a teenager ask every day about something we can’t fix due to circumstances beyond our control. When we call for updates, the customer service team often seems annoyed and unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration. We expected much better support for such a costly product.

Feb 28, 2025 · Tracy ClarkDropped off an e-bike for a tuneup on Tuesday, was told “2 days” for a turnaround, never received any calls or emails, called several times over the week getting the same story of “tomorrow” until checking in on Saturday morning that it was “in the priority queue” said enough was enough and got my bike back and went elsewhere. Don’t waste both of our time and just be honest with your turn around times if you are so busy.
