Old Town Bike Shop Reviews

Jun 25, 2025 · Baker VaughanAdorable bike shop w/amazing staff, plants, local products, and top-notch gear. The owner helped me find exactly what I needed and was super helpful and friendly!10/10, these folks are a great example of why I keep it local 🥰
May 17, 2025 · Morgan WoffordGot my bike fixed at this store recently and all of the staff we super nice and personable. They’ll do a once over of the bike if you aren’t entirely sure about what could be wrong with it (like I was) and even suggested places to get second hand parts for cheap if other replacement options were too out of budget. They finished fixing my bike exactly when they said they would as well, so most likely you can rest assured that you’ll get a text that it’s ready when it’s time. They’ve been around for 50 years and are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend!
Jun 28, 2025 · Sadie Curtin AdelmanOld Town has become my trusted and favorite bike shop here in Colorado Springs! I've had my bike serviced at three other bike shops, and have purchased products from some of the other shops as well, and I keep coming back to Old Town time after time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service shop always helps me out when I have an issue, brake something, or need my bike serviced. They're transparent and communicate clearly with me so that I understand if there are problems, preventative maintenance that I should consider, and the costs associated with each of the services. I should note that I have a Giant Bike and Old Town is an authorized Giant dealer. After some issues with taking my bike in for servicing at other non-Giant authorized bike shops, you notice a big difference having the bike serviced at Old Town. I don't know if it's because they know more about Giant bikes than the other shops, but I am willing to bet it's because the bike mechanics are very knowledgeable regardless of the bike brand. With that said, I highly recommend Old Town! At Old Town, the friendly staff will take care of you and your bike, whether you're purchasing a new bike, upgrading components on an existing bike, or keeping the bike running smooth, you can trust this shop. They've been a staple of the Colorado Springs bike community for almost 50 years and its clear why they're still one of the best here in 2025.
Jun 24, 2025 · Johnny MalpicaI had a great experience here. I knew nothing about bikes, but Steven (Stephen?), the sales associate, was super knowledgeable and spent half an hour answering my questions, showing me options, and making suggestions. They aren't commission based either, so I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, and I was shown both the high-end and more economical options. They have tons of bikes and tons of gear too, so I highly recommend this place to anyone who bikes or who wants to start biking.
