I just purchased a new Mountain Bike and Mike was wonderful getting me set up, sized properly then made sure the bike was put together so I could ride it in my week off. The vibe in the shop is very welcoming unlike another shop in town. There was no snobbery elitist attitude. My bike is awesome and the second one purchased at ProCycling. Do not hesitate. Go in and get yourself a new bike!

May 13, 2025 · Jeff DuncanI had a bike fitting for the first time. This was money well spent. And for the amount of time he spent with me, a good value! Extremely happy with the service and expertise I got today! My first experience with this shop will now not be my last. This will now be my bike shop for now on!!
May 25, 2025 · Shawn LemonsVery high quality ‘bike fitting’ service by Brian McCall. I’ve now had 2 fits on separate bikes and the attention to detail is perfect. Made me more efficient, more comfortable and faster. Thankyou !!
Jun 24, 2025 · Nick GarsideBrian and the team are amazing. They looked into a warranty even though I purchased the post from another store. They also helped me put the original post in while I waited to hear back about the warranty replacement. They were generous with their time and their expertise.
