Neptune Cyclery Reviews
There is so much negative that happened with Neptune Cyclery that I'm not sure where to begin but the culmination came when I went into the shop with the exploded tube and repair tag off the handle bars. Before I could even explain what happened, he said there's no warranty the minute you drive out the door. I lost my cool at his attitude. Not proud of that but later when I went to the hospital to see my sick husband he told me the rest of the story. He took the bike in to have the tube repaired. He paid and when he got on it to leave the front wheel was very loose and wobbling. He went right back in Eddie said, "I can't do anything about that." His worker piped up that he could, so he helped. My husband noticed the tube was showing but that wasn't fixed. I knew nothing about that until now. I went out yesterday to make sure the tires had air so my grandson and I could go for a ride. A neighbor came to help. All the tires were low but that one was completely flat. Before he even got near 30psi the tube exploded... I would never go back into that place again. Unbelievable lack of integrity!!!
Jun 08, 2025 · Rosemary WWe are avid riders and enjoy visiting + supporting local bike shops. Walked in with the intention of buying a couple of accessories for my e-bike. Walked out with nothing. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Loved our first visit to Pinellas Trail and Tarpon Springs but will not be going back to Neptune Cyclery.

Apr 20, 2025 · Francesca TurnerSaved the day!Out for some trail pedaling with my son and my bike had a mishap. Quick phone call, dropped by and they delivered fast and courteous service. Afterwards, my son accomplished his longest ride yet. Thanks again!
Mar 21, 2025 · K BrownI got a flat tire while riding through Tarpon Springs. Easy enough, Tarpon has a bike shop. I carried my bike along with the flat tire there and asked how quickly my tire could be fixed, since I had to get to work. The guy there says Friday, but then says possibly Thursday. This wasn’t ideal but at least it’s a solution, so I agreed to leave the bike and tire overnight for them to fix. he gives me a claim ticket that has no identifying information about what business it’s for, which didn’t put me at too much is leaving them with a multi thousand dollar bike. I didn’t seem to have many options though, so I agreed and ordered an Uber to pick me up. The guy then tells me I have to leave the store because he wants to eat his lunch. I let him know that my Uber was on the way, he got mad and threw my bike and tire out of the shop. I was shocked at how the person working would treat a local paying customer. This place seems only to exist to rip off tourists.
