Mike's Bikes of Palo Alto Reviews
I had lost the power cord to my older Giant electric bike and needed to find a replacement cord in order to charge the battery. After calling other local bike shops and basically being laughed at or dismissed ("oh, you can't order that"), imagine my surprise and luck when Felipe at Mike's Bikes answered the phone and seemed very willing to help! I visited the location and brought the battery with me and Felipe could not have been more courteous and interested to help. He took down the needed information and told me he would reach out to their Giant rep. His follow up was excellent and after some additional work on his part, he was able to obtain the part for me! If you are in the market for a new bike, I'm certain Felipe will do anything he can to ensure you leave as a happy customer!

May 04, 2025 · Martin ChangI've bought bikes from Mike's and they have a great selection including parts and accessories. Review is now for service which was 5*. Had a full service after four years on my Santa Cruz 5010C including shocks, brakes, derailleurs and tuning. Max checked it my bike, asked me questions, showed me everything that needed to be done and then two days later... Done! Great service and really appreciate the effort from the staff. Will recommend and be back.
