Bryan's Bikes Inc Reviews
I’m a novice mountain biker and my boyfriend is a beginner-intermediate. We made the trek (pun intended) to this bike shop from NJ because it was one of the few shops that had a Trek Roscoe 7 in my size left, and we both felt it was 1000% worth the trip afterwards.Frank helped us from start to finish, and was excellent with everything. He appears to be extremely knowledgeable in bike fittings, and gets bonus points from this physical therapist for including a model of a pelvis in his explanations of sitting positions. These guys also don’t seem like they push anything just to make a sale - Frank actually told me I DIDN’T need flashy orange grips on my handles, and his reverse psychology worked because I bought them anyways.10/10 recommend these guys for any and all bike needs.
May 17, 2025 · Molly RI went in hoping to get a fourth hand tool and some cable for my rear derailleur, I had messed it up pretty badly trying to clean it up. They didn't have the tool but offered to take a look.Frank immediately noticed I had left out the bushing pictured. Since he could not adjust it properly he offered a moderately priced derailleur, installed at a fantastic price.I also was reminded about some of the maintenance I have been neglecting by listening to, I believe it was Walt, go over the basics for customer picking up their new bike.
Jun 01, 2024 · John PisterziFair price. Great work. They put real care into the bikes they work on and take care of their customers. 5/5
Mar 29, 2025 · Logan StreetmanTrek and Bontrager products lead the day. I’ve always loved every one of their products I ever bought including the Domane SL5 I bought this week. The staff at Bryan’s bikes over the last 17 years has never come up short on answering all my technical questions in an up to date way. I know I don’t need to spend time researching any thing I’ll ever need. They know their stuff and don’t live five years off the back. This shop is as good as it gets.
Mar 16, 2021 · Enrique CubilloStopped in for a tune-up on my Canyon and they took it in no problem. Added a new set of pedals and they installed my cleats also. Good guys in my opinion and the shop is very organized and easy to find. Ride 20 miles to feel it out and it shifted like a stolen Ferrari. Thanks guys!
