We didn't have a great experience here. Perhaps we were influenced by the heat. It was an unseasonably warm day in early spring and the warehouse was very hot.This is a large warehouse with lots of inventory, but the actual selection did not seem that great. Prices are definitely on the high end. There only seemed to be one salesperson who was attempting to work with multiple customers.We left pretty quickly due to a combination of discomfort, pricing, and a lack of attention. Someone looking for deluxe eBike options might have been more interested.

He patiently explained everything I needed to know about the bikes and also listened to my concerns about choosing the best bike for me. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure and no attempt to upsell me to a bike that was more than I needed or wanted. Everyone I interacted with at the shop provided a positive interaction. My new bike is beautiful and I look forward to many miles of happy riding.

After weeks of shopping online thinking that’s where I’d get the best deal, I stopped into the store to test ride a bike I had my eye on. I was blown away by the selection of bikes in stock and the expertise and friendliness of all of the staff. They were patient, answered all of my questions, fit various bikes for me to test (they are right on the Platte trail, great for test driving) and I ended up walking out with a completely different bike than I had seen online, for less than what I thought I was going to pay with the CO rebate program. Pricing is fair and transparent, and salespeople are not on commission so I never felt pressured to buy or be upsold. They even let me borrow a helmet overnight to ride it home when the bike wouldn’t fit in my car! Dusty, Mark, and Sam were the best. And now I’ve got a go-to service shop as well. A good reminder to shop local!

They even provided me purchase receipts years after when that bike was eventually stolen.Mark is a funny guy! He and Sam were both great. I was looking for an Aventon but after test riding they kinda guided me to a Euphree after i described what i wanted. So far I am very satisfied with the bike and would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent bike!
