I love love love this mobile bicycle shop on the lakefront. they have saved me numerous times while riding the lakefront bike trail last week. last week I needed air in my tires & today while I was pumping my air at home, my presta nozzle broke off I went to them and they fixed it in 5 minutes and I was able to get on with my ride! Great great service and people!
Jun 30, 2025 · Michelle TannehillI went for a flat tire repair at around 1 pm, but the employee there was ignoring and not friendly. When I asked if it could be fixed by 3:30, he didn't answer directly but quoted offensively "we are not a fast food place". Later when I asked what had been done and fixed (hole patched or not), he just replied coldly "30 dollars" and didn't care to answer anything. After paying $30 and after asking around from the owner, I learned they changed the tube. However, after 1.5 mile of ride, the same tire went completely flat again. The tire seemed not being checked on carefully. I went somewhere else to have it re-checked and re-fixed for $8.
Jun 30, 2025 · Cindy HeI wish I took a picture of the awesome bike they gave me! I came into town to do Le Tour de Shore from Millennium Park to New Buffalo, Michigan. I was skeptical about renting a bike at first. I went with a Super Premium Road and let me tell ya, that thing was LEGIT! No issues whatsoever and I actually had to slow down in order to not go too far ahead of the people I was riding with. The bike was clearly well maintained and everything about the experience was smooth. I’ll be back for next year’s ride for sure.
Jun 15, 2025 · Jordan GillardO’Neil literally saved my day from potentially being ruined when I got something stuck in the back gears of my bike riding home from the range rendering my bike totally unridable and my club bag stuck on my bike. I locked her up and showed up (a bit panicked!) asking for something to cut it out and he kindly rode down and helped me get it done. The bag was even saved! 10/10 customer service — I’ll be returning next time my bike needs help!
Jun 28, 2025 · Lauren BoyerO’Neil (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so nice and helpful. These guys are great and are located in the best spit. Go check em out!
