They can perform fits on your existing bike or on a fit bike if you're looking to purchase a new one.

For instance, a basic tune-up involves tuning and lubing the drivetrain, adjusting brakes, minor bearing adjustments, and checking and torquing all bolts.
Bike Repair Services: They handle a variety of bike repairs, from simple fixes like flat tire repairs and tube replacements to more complex issues such as broken spokes, wheel truing, and drivetrain component replacements (e.g., chain, cassette, derailleurs). They also offer tubeless kit installations and sealant replacements.
Custom Bike Builds: The shop offers services for custom bike builds from a bare frame, including drivetrain tuning and component installation. They also assemble new bikes from boxes, with different pricing for standard boxed bikes versus those with fully integrated cabling.

Mox Multisport Reviews
Troy was incredibly helpful and personable. This shop focuses on helping people and I ended up walking out of my bike fit feeling very supported. Pricing was great. Product availability was also great.
Jun 07, 2025 · Xiao LiangNice guys but I took in my broken spoke in & paid $35, it was fixed and did a good job with that aspect but I brought the wheel home and had a flat instead which wasn't the case prior to taking the wheel in. I called and they said sorry possibly a pinched tire. Yes, BUT you're a bike shop so the tube should have be replaced Correctly as your received it. I don't have a car, was a hassle bringing the wheel in then picking it up. Shouldn't pay to have 1 thing fixed only to give it to me flat or break something else instead which means cost of tube etc. Anyways disappointing & not returning.
Apr 24, 2025 · Tannaz TThis place is not far from where I live and pretty decent prices for being in the west loop. The owner is nice and reasonable and he definitely earned my respect and return business. I'm a bike messenger downtown and it's great to have a bike shop like this around.
Feb 26, 2025 · ED CReally great mechanics & service with fair pricing for the work they do. Will definitely be back again if I need more work done on any of my bikes.
Mar 28, 2025 · Neil HoffmanSuper Friendly, and they were willing to give my e-bike brakes a go (and they fixed it!). Super fair pricing too, would recommend!!!
