RLB Cycleworks Reviews
I had a great experience with RLB Cycleworks. I got a mountain bike for free from a family friend, however when I got it it wouldn’t even pedal without locking up, and a lot of things were wrong with it. I reached out to a few local bike shops, and while some of them took over a week to get back, or just never did, Taro replied quickly and said I could bring the bike in for a consult. I did, and he quickly identified the problems, explained clearly to me what needed fixing, and was upfront about the repairs and costs. Even though it is a really busy season for bike shops currently, he got to my bike very fast and kept me in the loop with the repairs and timing. I couldn’t be more happy, my bike rides like new. Highly recommend Taro and his bike shop if you’re looking for a repair, tune up, or new bike.

Apr 09, 2025 · Tom KestlerI had an excellent experience with Taro. I originally called several other bike shops in the neighborhood for help with my used bike that looked like it was having some issues (wheel was unstable), but was told there was a waiting period of a couple weeks to over a month before my bike could be looked at. Taro said he could take a look at it that week so I went to his shop which recently opened at the current location. The bike ended up having a missing top bearing/cap that was which was causing the bike to be unsafe to ride. Taro identified the problem immediately and fixed it for me with a spare he had. I also had a tune up done and the bike looked practically brand new afterwards! Thank you, Taro!
