Trek Bicycle Store of Highland Park Reviews
Needed some quick service and this store did not disappoint. Torsten helped me get back on the road quickly and gave me some very helpful advice as a bonus. V
Jun 12, 2025 · Greg ZillgittDropped off our Trek bikes to have them serviced. It was convenient that they had our purchase and history still in the computer. They were able to identify on the spot the areas of the bike that needed repair, and, despite the busy time of the year, we only waited a week to have it fixed. The bike works like brand new.
May 05, 2025 · Ellie AnderThe buying experience could not have been better. It had been a long time since I purchased a new road bike (1991). I made 3 visits to the store, and each time was met with a friendly employee who was knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. I felt no pressure to buy from them. All of the questions I asked were answered with great insight not only of the bikes that may meet my needs, but also about with things I should consider. On my 2nd visit, Rob (who is roughly my age) gave me sage advice that I had not considered and that I'm very glad he shared. The end result is I purchased a Salsa Warroad that I'm extremely please with. The comfort and responsiveness of the bike has exceeded my expectations on my first few rides.
Mar 09, 2025 · Timothy SiroisI recently purchased a bike from Trek Bicycle Store in Highland Park and had it shipped to me. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. When the bike arrived, it was in perfect condition, carefully packaged, and ready to ride.I truly appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service they provided. It’s clear that they care about their customers and the products they sell. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, whether purchasing in-store or having it shipped. Fantastic experience! Thanks Torsten and KC
Mar 02, 2025 · Brett KI called ahead and was told over the phone that they could fix the tires on my electric scooter. When I arrived, the person was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Without even looking at my scooter, he immediately said, “I am not touching it” and mentioned that his hourly rate would be too high. Seriously? Not even willing to try and see what could be done. Complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend!
