I ordered a Verve 2 bike for my wife from the Trek website and chose this store for pick up. The pickup was smooth. The employee that handled the transaction was very professional.A few days later me and my wife went for the first ride with the new bike and an intermittent clunking sound was coming from the freewheel. I called the store and they asked me to take the bike back for a check.I took the bike back to the storeA different employee greeted me this time. I explained what the issue was. He took the bike back and put it on the stand. I saw him spinning the rear wheel for about 30 seconds shifting the gears. He took the bike down and handed it to me. I was skeptical that the issue was not resolved and showed him how the freewheel was making a clunking noise. With a condescending attitude he said that "all entry level bicycles make that noise".I took my brand new entry level $400 (on sale) bike and left the store. Yesterday we went for another bike ride and the bike was still makes the noise.I have been riding bikes for 45 years and did not need this guy to tell me what a new bike should sound like.I will call Trek bikes to order a new flywheel. - Gerty N
