RideTHISbike Reviews
We took a bike tour with Adam with 3 friends. He was a wealth of interesting information about the history of New Orleans and insider stories. We took the tour on our first day arriving in New Orleans and it really set the tone for our week here. He took safety seriously as well as the needs of our group. I just wanted to hang out with Adam and hear more stories about New Orleans! Thank you from Santa Rosa, CA.
May 06, 2025 · Jessi GIf I could give 0 stars I would!!I had a very disappointing experience at this bike shop. I visited while out of town to have my bike chain tightened, and during the service, the technician (who resembled actor Chris Elliott) noticed an issue with my brake pads. He offered to adjust them, which I appreciated at the time. However, after paying for the service, I went to a nearby pizza shop and discovered my brake pads were dangerously loose—one of the bolts had been completely removed. I immediately returned to the shop, and the technician suggested I go back to the pizza place to find the bolts. When I explained that the issue occurred after his adjustment, he reluctantly replaced the bolt with a rusty one. Worse, as he reattached my brakes, he mounted the brake pads incorrectly on the tire, and when I pointed it out, he corrected it but over-tightened them to the point where my rear tire wouldn’t move. Fortunately, I was able to find another bike shop nearby to fix the issue. This could have been extremely dangerous if I had been riding faster. I strongly advise against using this shop. If you do, be sure to monitor the work closely!!
Feb 18, 2025 · Aaron HallWe loved renting bikes from RideTHISbike! The bikes were great quality (very comfortable to ride) and very well maintained. The owner, Larry, made the process very easy to rent and gave us spot on recommendations for where to ride. By biking the city, we were able to cover so much more ground. We had a fabulous time. Thank you!
Dec 09, 2024 · Debbie PineEssentially held my bike tire hostage for a week and a half after saying it would be ready the day after I dropped it off.then still charged me full price after spending a fortune on uber, and him also being aware of that fact.
