The Pedal Shop Reviews
03SEP24 ~ Just a great little gem of a bicycle store tucked away in Gretna! Locally owned & operated. I bought my sons' bicycles there and now I am getting my grandson's bicycle there. Now that is a great recommendation! The guy there was friendly & helpful. I had several things done to my old Takara & I paid a lot less for the items bought & work done than I was prepared to pay. Thank you! He also gave me suggestions on how to repair my grandson's bike which worked out exactly as he said they would. Whether you want a new bike, repair an old bike, buy specialty tools, or just 'talk bicycles' I recommend The Pedal Shop.
Sep 10, 2024 · Curtis CunninghamQuick turnaround, good prices and friendly staff. They assembled a bike for me that I bought online and looks great and rides smooth! Impressed!
Jun 17, 2021 · Margaret DMan such a awesome bike shop to deal with after spending days online trying to find a SE bike . I called them after countless attempts with other shops n they had just the bike I was looking and held it for me til I could get there the next day to pay for it and take it home !!! Excellent customer service also !!! Highly recommend these guys for all your bike needs !!!
Jul 27, 2020 · Corey JuneauGREAT little shop! Good selection. Very competent and caring people. When you buy a bike they do free tuneups. Good place to shop.
Jul 05, 2018 · Sybil Anne orrI came in to ask for an appointment to have bike tuned up. He said there was a three week wait. I said, "Awesome, can I make an appointment three to four weeks from now. I use my bike daily and it benefits no one to have it sit for three weeks in a back room."He arrogantly responded with, "Sorry man, I can't do that. It would be unfair to the 45 bikes ahead of yours."Questions to ponder:1. Why aren't you able to accept appointments one month out when your backlog is only three weeks?2. Why don't you offer a premium for expedited service?Previous comments to other recent reviews point to how long the shop has been around and how he overcharges to meet his costs.I am disappointed in the service I received from this establishment. I love supporting local businesses, however, this place will never see my business under any circumstance.Dear Small Business Owner,Having a positive attitude and greeting customers with smiles can go a long way.
