RIDEhome Reviews
Ian was approachable and gave some good guidance on the tire system (tube vs tubeless) that would be the best fit for my skill level and riding style. Also changed my rear flat out in 5 minutes for around $20 which was the cherry on top.
Jun 15, 2025 · Alden GOwner is great. The dog is friendly. The service is priced right. They will make the right fix for your ride. We have now been twice. Great experiences. Highly recommend this place
Jan 07, 2023 · Rob WilsonDropped off my bike for a tune up after it sat in a garage for over a decade. RIDEhome returned it to me a few days later looking and riding like it's brand new! Very reasonable pricing, friendly people who made me feel welcome, and one of the best pour over coffees I've had!
May 31, 2024 · Emily RossI took a really bad tumble riding on the Olentangy trail, so my handles were bent the wrong way and my chain kept jumping. I asked them to take a look to try and fix it, and they did! It works perfectly fine now. The staff there were really nice, looked after my bike when I went to grab some quick ice cream, and the dog was really soft and being really good! 10/10
May 21, 2024 · mr. drabblesRead the reviews before choosing this spot to fix my son’s bike, and they told the truth! Brake lines took 10 minutes to fix, and we were not charged because of a technical difficulty on their end - fantastic customer service! The bill would have been WAY less than we anticipated anyway. Great service, great work, and a joy to to business with. We will be coming back!
