Rat City Bikes

9614 16th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106, USA

4.0
I typically visit this establishment for emergency repairs due to their swift, reliable, and reasonably priced services, conveniently located near my workplace. However, my most recent experience was somewhat disappointing, which has now made me hesitant to return. After engaging in conversation with another customer for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, I inquired about the average time required for brake tightening to an employee. Unfortunately, the owner's response was unprofessional, suggesting that my conversation had delayed the process. My time there was over an hour for my brakes to be fixed and witnessed the owner interacting poorly with other customers. You were talking about how other shops lack professionalism with your employee. I overheard and in my opinion your shop lacks professionalism.I would have given a nearly perfect review if not for the owner's comment towards me and lack of professionalism. I suggest that both the owner and employees work on improving their customer service skills. - Emilio Correa
