Sep 22, 2023 · Steven LindDale is the greatest! He took so much time explaining his recumbent trikes to me, even though I am from out of town and unlikely to be able to purchase from him. I think I convinced him to rent one to me next time I’m in town. Just a great experience.
Aug 18, 2024 · Lucy CooleyI have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike. My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didn’t have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired came in and held them till I could get there the next day . He put them on and aligned my front end while I waited. Great service.
Feb 19, 2024 · Chuck RehbergDale is such a friendly fellow and quite willing to negotiate. I recently traded my old Trek 7700 in at Dale's shop and got a used Sun Seeker recumbent, which I am enjoying immensely. I've had the Sun Seeker about two weeks and have put over 120 miles on it.Don't let the eccentric appearance of the inside of the shop put you off. I don't know if Dale was rearranging the place but things were kind of tossed helter skelter. No matter, chatting with Dale will put you at ease.I am more than satisfied with my transaction with Dale and would recommend his shop to anyone.
Sep 10, 2024 · Occasional BuddhaI looked inside and the place looked worse than an episode of hoarders. The guy was working on a bike outside and got me the tube I needed but I could not even walk in the store because there was so much stuff stacked up everywhere. The guy was nice and got me what I needed but I will not be back.
