Pink Puffin Bicycles Reviews
I went into Pink Puffin yesterday with a time sensitive and important bike issue, that I couldn't figure out right before my flight leaving for an Ironman abroad. I received help immediately and the issue that took me hours to unsuccessfully work through was resolved in minutes. I am so grateful for incredible service at this shop. It will be my go to from now on!
Mar 24, 2025 · HaydenPhillip is da man and he will love on your bike!I have been riding by his store for months and one day I decided to drop in to ask if he could do a simple cleanup + de/re-grease of the drivetrain. Although he was busy with two bikes actively worked on, he put my (very old) bike on the stand, did a thorough check, and discovered that two my spokes were loose. I decided to leave my bike on the spot to work on the wheel. The whole process went smoothly, I received a text notification for a pre-work bill to approve (so that there are no price surprises which is great) and a few days later, another notification that the bike was ready. Now the great part! As I mentioned my bike is pretty old and I had completely lost faith on my old alloy rims, but holy moly. Phillip is a wheel whisperer :) the wheel is now so strong, spins factory-fresh-true, and my ride has never felt this smooth! I love love love it.Needless to say, great shop, great experience, great owner, will be back! :)
Feb 10, 2025 · Marios AthineosPhillip not only bailed me out of a jam (note to self: pack a tube when riding an 8’ bike) but also noted bearing issues simply while changing a flat. After a longer session with Phillip, the bike is fine-tuned and riding smooth as butter! Super competent; looking forward to having my faster bikes overhauled by him.
Jan 24, 2024 · Miles CooperAmong the best bike shop experiences, consistently high quality friendly service with a real attention to detail and deep knowledge. Highly recommend checking out this beautiful shop!
Jan 04, 2025 · Jake InserraI’m not a review writing type of guy but wanted to show some love to this shop. I live in the neighborhood and have always been curious about the shop when walking by. It’s a very nice shop. Phillip was extremely helpful and very thorough. He changed out my tubeless tires and assessed the entire bike noting improvements that could be made without giving me the hard sell routine. He’s very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is exemplary and the prices are very reasonable and fair. Most other bike shops give you back your bike and it’s a mess, my bike actually came back cleaner from Pink Puffin, and Phillip even fixed a handlebar tape issue I had that had been driving me nuts. Definitely recommend this place and look forward to having all 7 of my bikes serviced here going forward.
