Paragon Fit Studio specializes in comprehensive professional bike fitting services, aiming to optimize the rider's position for comfort, performance, and injury prevention. Their offerings are highly specialized, focusing intensely on the rider-bike connection.
- Professional Bike Fitting (Specialized Body Geometry Fit & Retül Fit): This is their core service. Brian is noted as an experienced, hands-on, certified professional bike fitter. They utilize advanced methods like Specialized Body Geometry Fit (certified since 2013) and the Retül Sizing Bike. This process involves a detailed physical assessment and analysis for flexibility limitations, range of motion, and imbalances (e.g., leg length discrepancy, pelvic tilt, spinal curvature, muscular development).
- Optimized Rider-Bike Connection: The goal of the fit is to adjust various bike components to optimize the rider's position, including saddle and shifter angle/height, stem length, and shoe-to-cleat alignment (including Speedplay pedals).
- Performance Enhancement: Fits are designed to improve power and efficiency, leading to increased average power output and speed (e.g., helping achieve PRs, KOMs, or podium spots).
- Pain and Injury Prevention/Resolution: A significant focus is on alleviating common cycling-related aches and pains such as sciatic pain, wrist discomfort, knee pain, neck/shoulder/back soreness, hand/toe numbness, and saddle irritation, all typically caused by a poor rider-bike connection.
- Fit for Various Bike Types: They perform professional fits for all bike brands and types, including road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, BMX bikes, electric bikes, and triathlon bikes, regardless of frame material (carbon, titanium, steel, aluminum).
- New Bike Sizing and Custom Frame Design: Utilizing the Retül Sizing Bike, they can perform a full Body Geometry Pro Fit to determine exact specifications (ideal stack and reach/frame size range) for a custom bike order, or to confidently purchase from local bike shops or online retailers. Image and video capture of the rider along with detailed fit position measurements are recorded, which can be used for custom frame design or setting up a new bike.
- Basic Fit for Flat Pedal Bikes: For city/hybrid cruiser bicycles, they offer a basic fit to optimize saddle and handlebar position for comfort, along with advice on proper pedaling stroke techniques, gear selection, and posture. Component options may be suggested if needed.
- Specialized Fit Services: This includes specific Cleat Fits, Saddle Fits, and Foot Structure Assessment & Support to fine-tune critical contact points.

Paragon Fit Studio Reviews
I had an incredible experience working with Brian. I went out for an hour ride the morning after our session, and the difference was night and day. No sciatic pain, wrists felt great, knees tracked perfectly — I felt so much more dialed in and comfortable on the bike.Even more impressive, I saw a 27% increase in average power, and that was after a late work dinner with more wine than ideal. I can’t wait to see what the numbers look like when I’m fully rested.Brian clearly puts a ton of care and detail into his process. I’ll be sending all my riding buddies his way. Highly recommend!
May 15, 2025 · Joseph CardiniI had a fantastic experience getting a bike fit with Brian! At my first fit about 3 weeks ago, he took the time to dial in my position on my road bike, and made very thoughtful adjustments to improve comfort and efficiency. The fit felt so much better but about ten days after my fit I rode my first every century ride with a significant 7k+ feet elevation, which was a huge ride mileage and elevation gain bump from my previous longest/hilliest ride. I started experiencing some knee pain toward the end of the ride and messaged Brian about it who very graciously went above and beyond to fit me into his packed schedule for a follow-up adjustment as quickly as possible. I did an easy ride just after the fit and a longer very hilly ride 2 days after and was SO happy to report back that I had no more knee pain! His attention to detail, expertise, and willingness to ensure everything felt right made a huge difference. Highly recommend Brian to any cyclist looking for a professional and personalized bike fit! Thank you again Brian!!
Apr 07, 2025 · Mary DayI am blown away by how much better riding my bike feels after my fit, both from a comfort perspective (no more back tightness) and power/strength perspective (much faster and more efficient). It's not cheap – don't forget you'll be paying for any new parts on top of the labor – but my previously unfit bike is night and day better now. Plus, Brian is a really nice and easy to talk with guy.
May 20, 2025 · Travis DownsIf you are looking for a top-class bike fit, look no further. Brian started with a through Q&A about my riding plans, general health, and issues I was having on the bike. He then did a thorough assessment of my form on the bike prior to the fit to better understand the mechanical issues of the setup in addition to a flexibility assessment. We then went through an iterative process where he would make adjustments and then see how my form and comfort changed on the bike. Brian was engaging throughout the process and clearly articulated what was being done and why. Compared to a my only other experience with bike fitting, this was a serious step up in quality. I cannot recommend Paragon Fit Studio enough!
Apr 27, 2025 · Kyle MackBrian was a pleasure to work with! He was so knowledgeable and great at explaining everything. He was very thoughtful and thorough in the assessment and adjustments. Right after the appointment I did a 2 hour trainer workout and it felt great: all the various pain points were gone and the next day I felt like a million bucks. I plan to come back again when it's time to upgrade my mountain bike. Highly recommended!
