I was met by a very nice associate as soon as I walked in. He took me to the item I was looking for, opened the dressing room when I was read to try on. I selected a pair of riding shorts and picked up a water bottle. He asked if I was read to check out and was very engaging throughout the whole process. I'll definitely return when I want or need something for my Trek Bike.

My wife and I both purchased Aventon Pace 4 e-bikes from Erik's in Liberty. Our purchasing experience was what we considered great. The manager waited on us and seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant.A little over 8 hours of ride time my bike developed a clicking noise at the peddle area. I took the bike back to Erik's in Liberty and was told it may be fixed by the end of the day. I checked back that afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day. The following evening I was contacted and was told they couldn't figure out the issue and had contacted Aventon. A few days later I reached out and was told they hadn't heard back from Aventon. A week after taking the bike in I was told again that they were still waiting to hear back from Aventon. After that phone call I contacted Aventon myself and discussed with them the issue the bike was having and was told what was needed to fix the problem. They also told me they could send me the parts and I could replace the parts myself without voiding the warranty.Two days later I was contacted by Erik's that my bike was fixed and I could pick it up at my convenience. We made the 1 1/2 hour drive back to Erik's to get the bike. We were told the parts that were changed out and the noise was gone, except I my hear a noise in 8th gear and they checked all their floor models and they all make the noise in 8th gear. So it was ok for me to take it and ride it that it wouldn't cause any issues. Interesting that my wife's bike doesn't make any noise.We loaded the bike and headed home. Got home unloaded the bike and it won't go into 1st gear.Erik's may be great at the sales end but as for me their customer service and repair is severely lacking.We will never step foot back in their store or recommend them.

Bradley and Eddie were great. Only thing is I was told they would check over the bike and get the battery all charged up and when I got it home from picking it up the battery was only at 36%. Made me wonder how much it was checked out.Follow up. Bradley did reach out to me regarding the bike not being charged. He was very apologetic. They are looking to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
