- Concerns About Bike Handling and Damage: The same customer reported that the shop "made an awkward comment about how the paint was chipped and it must of been my bike rack," despite the customer's assertion that their rack had never caused damage and the chipped part didn't contact the rack. Took my electric bike to Dino around 5pm on Friday with my tire popped and he had me back in action by 11:30am on Saturday! Very pleased with the fast services and at a great price! My bike is riding much smoother than before. I will definitely be back to do business! Thank you sooooo much!
Apr 08, 2023 · L LockTook my 2 Specialized Fuse’s in to get the tubeless tires reset and tune ups. As soon as I walk in to pick up he made an awkward comment about how the paint was chipped and it must of been my bike rack.I’ve used this bike rack for years and it’s never chipped my bikes. The part that was chipped doesn’t even come close to making contact with the rack lol. He also charged me double over the amount he quoted me. These are expensive bikes, it’s a shame I took them here.
Mar 12, 2023 · JJ MI can’t thank Dino enough for helping me on three occasions now. I called a few bike shops closer to me, and they all said they would not do any work on my eBike because they do not sell the brand. It was rather shocking to me that three bike shop’s refused to change out tires & tubes, and replace brake pads. I called Dino, and he said just bring it in and leave it a few hours. My bike is my only transportation, so the only time I have is on Saturdays. Dino got me on the road in a few hours, and his labor was very reasonable. I highly recommend this guy. He’s fast, fair, and very efficient.
Sep 04, 2023 · Deb AI took my electric bike to Dino's for the second time to have a handlebar riser installed, a front tire changed out and have a once over done to my bike. He did a great job and quickly - less than 24 hours turnaround. It's tough to find bike shops willing to work on electric bikes if they don't sell that particular brand so I'm really glad I found Dino's.
Feb 01, 2024 · Jim MoranI met the owner Dino. He opened the door and was really kind, polite and knowledgeable. Rather than try to immediately replace the gear shifter, he opted to repair the existing one. A job that could have cost $60.00 cost me only $30.00. He was done the next day. Excellent service, good repair. Really fair price. Will be coming back again.
