This used to be my favorite shop—the only place I trusted.I recently placed an order at the Aurora location and put money down just before they unexpectedly closed due to a tragic loss. I completely understand and sympathize with the situation, and I don’t fault them for needing to close. What I can’t understand is being left in the dark regarding existing, paid orders. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I’m moving in two weeks and really need clarity—whether it’s a refund, pickup option, or just an update.I would gladly replace this review for a 5 star if someone could simply acknowledge the situation and respond - Dawson Eastin
