Blue Spruce Cyclery of Aurora Reviews
I don't know what to do. We dropped our daughter's e-bike off on 5/6/2025. They had to order parts and we were notified late in the day, Saturday, 5/24/2025 that it was done. Unfortunately, we couldn't get there before closing and we showed up Tuesday morning, 5/27/2025, the next time for them to be open only to have them be closed.I understand that they have to work out how to move forward with the passing of their owner but why say on their message that they will work with people with existing orders if they are not going to follow through with that. I have sent multiple e-mails and texts over the past 2 weeks, which is how they indicated we should contact them, with no response. My daughter has CP and needs her modified e-bike in order to ride. She asks me every day about her bike and all I can say is I have tried to contact them again and they are still not open. Very frustrated!!It all got resolved to my entire satisfaction. Thank you Blue Spruce Cyclery!!
Jun 08, 2025 · Robert BurroughsThis used to be my favorite shop—the only place I trusted.I recently placed an order and put money down just before they unexpectedly closed due to a tragic loss. I completely understand and sympathize with the situation, and I don’t fault them for needing to close. What I can’t understand is being left in the dark regarding existing, paid orders. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I’m moving in two weeks and really need clarity—whether it’s a refund, pickup option, or just an update.I would gladly update this review to 5 stars if someone could simply acknowledge the situation and respond
Jun 03, 2025 · Dawson EastinThis would be the worst place to bring your bicycle to be serviced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND having your bicycle tuned for the season at this shop. The service department is incompetent of doing quality work. So if you are looking for quality bicycle service this is not the shop to go to.They changed parts on the bicycle without notification and then try to tell you thats what it came in with.I took the bicycle out for a ride after picking it up and it shifted worse than when I brought the bicycle in to be tuned. Now I have to take the bicycle somewhere to get this poor service corrected after paying way to much money for a crappy tune up.
Mar 14, 2025 · Oscar RomeroThis is dumb. I work 60 hours weeks 6 days a week, and you people close at 5? Not even open on Sundays? My car was totaled, and I'm looking for an electric bike around 2,500. Oh well, I guess amazon gets my money again, unfortunately. I don't know how these businesses expect working people to buy anything when they close at ridiculous times.
Feb 23, 2025 · Paul DucharmeThis bike store is awesome. They fixed my bike in one day. Shout out to Reese and Chris for getting me right!
