My complaint is not about the product itself, but about the customer service. Better yet, the lack of compassion. My husband purchased a Moulton TSR27 from North Road Bicycle Imports in Yanceyville, NC.He never rode his dream bike as he became ill shortly after receiving it. I contacted Mr. Anderson. I explained our problem and requested suggestions on where I could sell the bike. The bike has never been ridden. EVER!!! Money is tight due to my husband's illness and the fact that I am now his full-time caregiver. Meanwhile, I have a $3000 investment sitting collecting dust. In the guise of doing me a favor, I was offered less than half of what we paid Mr. Anderson months before. You know they will sell it at a profit (again) That to me is GREED. I understand that a business is out to make a profit, but when you have already made a profit what do you have to lose to give someone a hand? I don't know about you, but I like doing business with establishments that care about their customers. - Mabel Estremera
