I bought my bike from Emily-super helpful and friendly. When I called to see when my bike would be ready for pick-up, the guy I spoke with was rude. Called again when it was supposed to be ready, same thing. Rude. Went back today, against my better judgement. 'Lulu' didn't know what an odometer was. After checking with someone in the back, she came out with a $50 wireless one. I put it on my credit card. The terminal said the sale was $62. She said I must have added a tip (!!!) but she would give me the tip back in cash. She also advised me to 'be more careful next time'. Needless to say, the odometer is being returned tomorrow and I won't spend another dime in that store. - Jane Mitchell
