White's Bikes Reviews
These people are the rudest people I have met. Usually, bike people are friendly and helpful. The people that own white's bikes are horrible and insulting!
May 24, 2025 · Vicki HWhen you treat customers with that much disrespect it is time to shut it down. And leave your cats at home some people are allergic. This man is so angry he would not even talk to me about my bike for Two weeks and then didn't want me to come back.
Dec 22, 2024 · Jay CoinHORRIBLE!After finding what I needed, then told they would not sell it to me unless the bike is here. After explaining that, I know what part I need she said she would sell it to me. Asked if they do tune ups, but the guy said yes, but my bike is probably a mess, so he doesn't have time! Since they have so much money and time, I put my $90s worth of the stem accessories on the counter and walked out. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. I should've listened to the reviews!!!Edit: as a cat owner it sucks that the whole store smells like cat piss!
Jun 04, 2024 · Ustes GreenridgeWhen ever I go to the shop to buy or get something fixed on my bike, the staff are nice and also thorough in completing the job. When I wait, I enjoy petting the cats.
Sep 01, 2018 · Cheryl WilliamsThis place has been here for years. My husband and I purchased our bikes here today. The lady who helped us was very sweet and attentive to our needs. Due to Covid the doors were locked and they do not allow traffic in and out the store. She was sweet enough to let us in to take a look at the bikes. I did see the old man that people were complaining about, but I think that is just a part of his personality, he doesn't mean to be "grumpy". Either way, the lady was very helpful and we are happy with our purchases.UPDATE**We purchased a trailer here for our daughter to ride in and the tire went flat while riding. Came home called Whites and they told me to bring it in. They will fixed it right away. Love the service I received!
