Velo Pasadena Inc Reviews
The guy who runs the place is great (owner?). I called in about one bike, but there was apparently a mix-up and it wasn't available. He told me about a Cervelo that was $1,500 off list price and said I should come in a check it out. He was great over the phone - energetic and positive without being pushy.I thought about it and headed in. All I can say is "wow"! It's easily the most impressive bike ship I've ever seen. The amount of high-tier stock is insane. Anyway, the guy wasn't there but a young employee helped me (son?). He was great - eager, customer oriented, but not pushy in the slightest.I could go on and on - it was just a really good experience. I walked out having spent $6,500 and felt confident and happy. That's not always the case with big purchases.I recommend.
Apr 20, 2025 · Scott OwensThis is a really cool place to admire high-end bicycles. Everything looks amazing really. Once I got someone to help me, he was very knowledgeable but it took a while. They also have a great selection of all kinds of accessories from bike parts to clothing. As a high-end store though their prices are quite expensive so purchase-wise not for everyone.
Apr 25, 2022 · Andreas AristidouIm not a professional rider. Took my old bike to get a new inner tube. The person who helped me, showed me how worn out my tires were. Hee hee probably the original tires since i bought my bike second hand. No wonder my tires kept getting flats! I had them replace my tires and now my bike is working wonderfully. I was treated so nicely even though he could tell Im not a pro rider and on a budget. This place is very nice and has lots of things that would be great gifts for a pro rider. Let’s support this place!
