Town and Country Bike and Boards Reviews
The team there was very friendly and provided answers to all my questions. Also, they made sure that the bike I bought from them was flawless and as they detected some scratches on the frame, they immediately put in a warranty claim on my behalf. Very pleased overall and highly recommend
Jun 26, 2025 · Ismael UribeI had been looking all over for a gravel bike. I found one that I loved at Town and Country. It was a large purchase for me so I was a little hesitant. I came in to look at the bike at least 4 times and each time they were so helpful with all of my questions. They never pressured me at all! When I was deciding on a color, Mariah insisted that we take the bike out into the sun so I’d see what it looks like outside. She was so nice!!When I finally ordered my bike, it came in so quickly and they had it ready to go so fast. I brought in my own water bottle holder and they put it right on for me. Everyone who I talked to or dealt with was so nice, but Lance and Mariah were amazing!! I will definitely go back to town and country for all of my bike needs.June 2025Wanted to add that I just got a tune up for the is bike because the gears were messed up from miles of riding and they did an amazing job! The bike rode like it was brand new. The shifting was so smooth! I highly recommend Town and Country for all of your biking needs. Price was very reasonable, too!!
Jul 01, 2025 · Jill BubenheimerJust had my ebike tire fixed for $18. They were very snappy, very kind, and they have excellent bikes to peruse.
Jun 16, 2025 · Micro Mobility CentralI stopped in to get some detailed information on what size of a bike I would need to ride. Dan the owner was knowledgeable and awesome.
Apr 03, 2025 · Christine SendryI bought my first bike in 18 years at Town and Country Bike and Boards and have thought about this review while crusin' over gravel, rocks, roots, and pavement on my new Specialized Diverge STR Comp. What a bike! Doc and Chris were the only two holding down the fort as it was early September and their young helpers were off to school, college, etc. Older dudes like me lined up for service and the heat was on for Doc and Chris. Well, I left with my new bike, new shoes, new cell holder, new bag, and probably more stuff I've forgotten about! Chris did the final tuning before I left with my Specialized and Doc managed to answer all my questions despite the others who needed help. I'll be back with my wife to get her a new bike. I imagine I'll call ahead and Doc will have her bike waiting for a test ride - just like he did for me. Go buy a bike at this bike shop. You'll have a great experience!
