Dec 30, 2024 · gary castanedaGot a flat on the Santa Ana River trail. Thankfully I was close to this shop! Service was fast and friendly - only 10 minutes and I was back to riding. I paid $22 for a new tube plus installation. A very fair price if you ask me.The only problem was that later I looked at the tire and it was installed backwards (against the tread). Didn’t affect my riding but I will fix it when I’m back home!
Jun 30, 2023 · Brittany HarmsI got a flat tire and was pushing my bike around to find a place to fix it, got recommend this bike shop, best recommendation ever. The staffs were very friendly, my tube got fix in just 10 minutes. I also bought a new sit for just $12 and Sergio helped me change it for free, even stand waiting outside of the shop while I was taking a test drive with the new sit so he can adjust it to my liking.Truly a "Family" bike shop. Another customer before yell out to me "this in the best bike shop in the city",couldn't agree more.👍
Jun 28, 2024 · Alex NguyenI went in to have tires & inner tubes replaced on a used bike I had recently purchased. I was convinced upon inspection by whom I assume is the store owner to have maintenance done which included having the hubs greased, derailleur adjusted, wheels straightened, etc... before leaving I was told the crank shifting mechanism wasn't functioning properly. I instructed them to leave as is since riding in 1st & 2nd gear works fine.I returned to the shop the day I was told my bike would be ready. Tires and tubes changed but maintenance had not been done by the shop mechanic because the shifting mechanism was broken I was told. I stated that was fine and took the bike not fully registering none of the maintenance had been done.Roughly 2 months go by and I decide to go in and talk to the shop mechanic about the maintenance on my bike. I explained the situation while showing him the receipt for services paid. I explained to him that I didn't completely understand nothing had been done to my bike at the time of drop off and asked - knowing some time had passed - if he'd be willing to fulfill the service. He was nice and told me to bring it in. I asked what would be done and he again stated greasing wheel hubs, crank, derailleur, wheels.I returned later that afternoon with my bike and he seemed to not remember me coming in earlier and seemed to want to get out of doing any work to the bike by the way he was interacting with me. I figured not much was going to be done to my bike. At the end the brakes were adjusted and nothing else.
