Thomas was awesome, giving us space when he realized I knew what I wanted in helmets, not a pushy salesman. But when I did have questions about bike washes and chain lubricants, he was friendly, informative, conversational, and not pushy. He's a friendly guy, non judgemental about what flavor of cycling you do or how old your bikes are. He has 20 years of repair work under his belt, certifications from United Bicycle Institute in Portland, and was even collaborative with other shops in the area. All around awesome shop, awesome guy, who lets you be you while being friendly and educational along the way! - Hannah
