May 16, 2025 · Olivia RappGreat little shop in Ballard. My partner and I came in looking to purchase ebikes, and the staff let us do plenty of test rides (great area for it, lots of nice variety in streets nearby). Very kind and helpful staff, not at all pushy, and even turned us on to some cool new bikes we hadn't previously been considering.
Jun 09, 2025 · Emily HarrisAmazing bike shop! They fixed my heavily used Ebike and it rides like new! The shop kept me updated with the various repairs it needed and didn't do anything without checking with me first which was super helpful since I'm on a budget. RECOMMEND!!!
Jun 03, 2025 · David LevinNot really impressed. Took two bikes there for a full tune up for a boat trip. When I finally went to use the bike at my first destination, one of the bikes was not functioning properly. I called them to try and trouble shoot the issue over the phone since I a was not coming back to Seattle until September, they basically said no and were zero help. Even saying it sounded like an electrical issue with the throttle which they replaced.
Jun 11, 2025 · Drivin The BusBrought in my vektron s10. They did good job on replacing my chain and cassette. After questioning price on chain they said because it was a e-bike chain. Kmc x10 10s so 136l. I looked it up and seen it goes for 50 0nline. Was charged 85 not including tax. Cassette FH CASS SCRAM pg1030 11-36 10s was charged 90 and online 50. I am sure they are getting both cheaper than 50. Mark up seems little bit too much.
