Blessed to live in close range to the EVO Seattle store. The vibe is always good in there, the staff is always helpful but not pushy. Wanna give thanks to "Ricky" specifically for helping me with my new snowboard boots. He was hurt in a sling from a boarding accident but it didn't stop him from providing excellent customer service. They're not commission based so it was really helpful for him to not over sell me into an expensive boot. We must have tried on 5 different boots until we found the perfect fit, but he described each fitment perfectly prior to me trying them on until we found the perfect boot. Even with one arm he insisted on lacing and unlacing the boots for me. I bought my last pair online from the evo store without properly fitting them (Vans) and after about 2-3 hrs of riding, my foot could no longer handle the pain (my fault, for just buying what looked cool and not what worked with my anatomy)... Anyways landed on the Burton Photon and I've gone out of state and ridden for 2-3 WHOLE DAYS straight with zero foot pain. I wish I came to see him sooner. Down to earth guy, enjoyed talking to you for the hours you helped me Ricky. - Trenton Howard
