Cascade Bicycle Studio Reviews
Brennan and the Cascade team are fantastic at what they do! I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to bike mechanics and they’ve helped me solve a few issues with my bike and they’re always extremely knowledgeable, kind and, efficient. They also explain everything they’re doing/seeing with the bike to help me understand. Highly recommend.
Jun 25, 2025 · Stephanie RyanThey rebuilt a wheel for me and forgot to put rim tape on it, causing a flat. Also took two days longer to return my bike to me than originally quoted, at least partially because the bike mechanic couldn't release the gravity locks on the wheel because he didn't read the notes left by the person who received the bike. People were nice and the shop was clean, but otherwise I can't recommend them.
Jun 04, 2025 · Ian FollettBeen coming to this shop for the last couple of years, since I moved back to Seattle. Definitely a great shop, great group of people, and they put in work to foster community. They have a great breadth of knowledge of all bikes, gear, and rides/routes around the area. Stop by and check them out!I was able to find my dream frameset here, Ibis Hakka MX, I get nice quality clothing from Q36.5, anything they don't have, they can special order as well!
Jun 05, 2025 · Garth RunkelI came in for a fitting with Joseph at Cascade a few months ago to determine the geometry for a custom gravel frame I had ordered from a builder. I did not order the frame through Cascade, but the fitting experience was great. I had only a vague idea of how I wanted the new bike to feel compared to my existing road bike, but Joseph was very knowledgeable, explaining the impact of tweaks in frame size/shape and answering many of my questions. He also gave some great recommendations regarding the frame features and accessories.I sent the fit data directly to the builder, and when I received the frame a few months later, Joseph and a mechanic set the saddle height and stem according to the fit data, and cut the steerer tube. They also pointed out that the headset logo wasn't centered (it came this way from the frame builder, purely an aesthetic issue which slightly bothered me but I didn't have the tools/know-how to fix it myself) and offered to remove and reinstall it correctly, which was a very nice touch! This was all included in the original price of the fitting. I've put a few hundred miles on the new bike so far and the geo has been exactly what I was hoping for.Regarding the shop in general and the products they carry, it's evident that they put a great deal of consideration into both function and form. If I decide to get another custom bike, I'll be sure to come back to them.
Mar 11, 2025 · Kevin EversonSuper friendly folks, I dropped in and they helped me out with a creaky headset in a couple minutes. They've helped me gauge the degree of some carbon damage in the past. I've only had positive experiences here; would recommend.
